If you are not completely satisfied with the device's performance, complete the return form and/or contact our Customer Service department within seven days of use to receive a replacement device. Once the return form and unwanted item are received, an assessment of the issue and a determination to replace will be made. Please note that shipping fees and interest fees are nonrefundable.
